As you would no doubt agree, a cookware set that you will invest hundreds of dollars should not go bad in a couple of years; and the MultiClad Pro is a winner in that regard. The set is also backed up by Cuisinart with a lifetime warranty against defects, which is a good sign of the company’s confidence in the quality and durability of the set.
The set consists of stainless-steel wrapped around an aluminum core which kind of provides the best of two worlds: the sturdiness and sanitary nature of stainless-steel with the perfect heat transmission of aluminum. If you consider this a big problem, you may “stick” with non-stick sets, but with the dishwasher-safe construction of this set, all you will have to do is to use a cleaning solution that will keep the steel shiny and as good as new. Although this may be an inconvenience for some, we believe that it will be a pleasure for some others who love to take good care of their belongings, and the MultiClad deserves such treatment in our opinion.
Also, as these products are not non-sticking, you may want to use a heat deflector to prevent any food to stick. Actually, the only separation between those who prefer non-stick sets and stainless-steel sets is at this point. These sets require a little bit more attention while cooking as they can stick, but we believe that this is not a big price to pay for your health.
